Delete Your ViralMind Data
You can ask us to delete your ViralMind account data, connected social tokens, saved creator analytics, transcripts, and generated profile snapshots.
Disconnect one social account
Log in to your ViralMind dashboard and choose Disconnect on the Instagram or YouTube card. ViralMind will remove its stored provider token and the saved profile and content metadata for that connection.
How to request deletion
- Email compliance@viralmindgpt.in from the email address used for your ViralMind account.
- Use the subject “ViralMind data deletion request.”
- We may ask you to confirm account ownership before deletion.
We will acknowledge the request and complete verified deletion as soon as reasonably possible, except for records that must be kept for fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or legal obligations.
Revoke provider access now
You can separately revoke ViralMind from your Instagram/Meta or Google account settings at any time. Revocation stops future provider access. Use the ViralMind dashboard or the deletion process above to remove data stored by ViralMind.
